Take a moment to recall what that rhythm is and align with it. Toss out irrelevant thought processes that no longer resonate. Take excitement in the prospect of creating something new. There may be grief at releasing old patterns that now disappoint. It's quite fine to grieve them, just not for very long. Make room for patterns resonating energy that represents your soul now.
